So this is my #new blog! its called #patisseriedoyle and weirdly its not just about patisserie!

I love to bake and cook and generally sit on the floor in the kitchen, its my favourite room of the house, I currently live in a small flat in London with a kitchen that I don't fit in if I lie down on the floor and stretch my arms out. I prefer to look at it as less space to clean up afterwards.

My cousins came up with the name #patisseriedoyle when they came to stay with me and we baked croissants and the name has stuck to all my baking since.

Luckily for you this isn't just about my baking, its about what great food there is wherever I visit in the world, me trying to copy it and generally teaching myself to be a better chef/cook/chocolatier/person/vegetable. It's a journey that I hope won't stop.

So without further ado, subscribe, follow me on instagram @patisseriedoyle and share this (potentially dull, hopefully moreish) journey.

Baking tip 1: Only trade bread recipes on a knead to know basis.

WELCOME TO #PÂTISSERIEDOYLE

Disclaimer: despite the name, we talk about more than just #Pâtisserie
