Garlic Gnocchi

This is a recipe I created after watching the film "Chef", at the beginning a delicious garlic pasta is cooked, and I adapted it to be made with gnocchi.


For 2


Ingredients:

- Fresh or Vacuum packed Gnocchi

- 10 garlic cloves

- Chilli Flakes

- Butter

- 100ml Double Cream

- Grated mozzarella


Finely slice 10 garlic cloves and fry with some chilli flakes on a medium heat in some butter. Once turned a golden colour add the gnocchi and fry for 6 minutes. remove from the hob, add the cream cover in grated mozzarella and transfer to the grill until golden and crispy.
